Jeff Weitzman
CEO and Cofounder

Jeff is a veteran of over twenty years in online advertising, marketing, and publishing. Most recently he was Chief Marketing Officer at Buysight, Inc., an online behavioral advertising technology company. Earlier positions include CMO of non-profit Common Sense Media and President & COO of Coupons.com, where he helped lead the company from startup to industry leader. He led Client Services at Yahoo! and was COO of Counsel Connect, an early online service for lawyers. Weitzman was also an attorney at Shearman & Sterling.

 

Bryan Hughes
CTO/Master Spoon Bender and Cofounder

Bryan has over 23 years of experience in technology, most recently as a director-level Architect at Oracle. He is a veteran of several venture-funded startups including Bridgestream (acquired by Oracle), Friendster, Spoke Software, Shutterfly (IPO), and Healtheon/WebMD (IPO). As Vice President and Systems Architect at Wells Fargo Bank in 1997, he led the replacement of microfiche with one of the first multi-terabyte data warehouses. Mr. Hughes is the inventor on six patents: five with Oracle, and one held by Spoke Software.

 

Marcus V Colombano
CMO and Cofounder

Marcus has over 20 years of experience developing brand strategy, building influencer communities, and leading product innovation. He was VP Marketing at LightPole, developer of a geo-centric mobile content delivery platform, co-founder and Director of Marketing at NuvoMedia, the creator of the Rocket eBook (acquired by Gemstar) and founder and Managing Director at Avantgarde, a marketing services consultancy. He has 10 years working with mobile computing products, including the launch of Handspring’s Treo handset.

 

Doug Klein
Director

Doug is VP of Technical Planning and Integration at Barnes & Noble and a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of startup experience. He has been the founder and executive management at 5 Silicon Valley startups, delivering products as diverse as network terminals (Network Computing Devices), electronic books (NuvoMedia, Barnes & Noble), network security systems (Vernier Networks), and mobile consumer applications and services (LightPole, Inc). He currently serves on the advisory board of several technology startups, and serves as an executive mentor in several local forums.
